jl588 Terms & Conditions — Legal Agreement for Platform Use

1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "You") and jl588 (the "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), a duly licensed online gaming operator authorized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to provide online casino, sports betting, and gaming services within the Republic of the Philippines.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jl588. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false names is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds, winnings, or bonuses. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. 3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, should be made to the same payment method used for deposits.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jl588 staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's operation
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

6.2 Account Suspension and Termination

jl588 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or posed a risk to the integrity, security, or operation of the Platform.

Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to jl588. If your account is closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or other serious violations, jl588 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jl588, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jl588 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of jl588, its affiliates, or third-party licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Content without the express written permission of jl588.

The jl588 name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to jl588 and may not be used without prior written authorization.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jl588 is subject to the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. If you have a complaint or dispute that you believe has not been adequately resolved by jl588, you may contact PAGCOR directly through their official channels.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms & Conditions, and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl588 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. jl588's failure to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without jl588's prior written consent. jl588 may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, without restriction.
